Company offer plotted developments, mid-market premium housing, luxury housing, commercial spaces, as well as office space in our core markets. With four decades of operating history in India, Shriram is a well-recognized brand in retail financial services and several other industries. In addition to Bengaluru, we also have presence in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Visakhapatnam in South India, as well as Kolkata in East India, where we are developing a large mixed-use development. We have a total of 54 projects as of September 30, 2022, which account for 53.83 million square feet of estimated saleable area.
