Prestige Group has established itself as one of the leading and most successful real estate developers in India over the last decade by imprinting its indelible mark across all asset classes. In 1986, the company was founded by CMD Irfan Razack and managed by his brothers Rezwan Razack and Noaman Razack. They are also the only developers in South India to offer such a wide variety; ranging from residential, commercial, retail, leisure, and hospitality developments. The Prestige Group brings more than two decades of expertise in commercial real estate, to major cities across India. One of their most notable projects is the Forum Vijaya Mall, which features more than 850,000 square feet of retail space across one floor and seven levels. The mall received a tremendous response upon its unveiling in 2013. Other completed projects include three commercial developments (Prestige Cyber Towers, Prestige Polygon and Prestige Palladium) in Chennai that have proven quite successful so far. They have also partnered with the Rattha Group to launch Chennai's first-ever township development – a 1 billion rupee project in 2012. In addition to their residential developments, they also launched India’s first luxury villas – Prestige Silver Springs - in 2013.
